Comfortable furnishings, tile and carpet, fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer. Sleeping arrangements include a king & queen size bed, and a queen-size pull-out sleeper sofa. Flat screen TVs in the bedrooms and living area. Kitchen area open to the dining & living areas. Private balcony provides great views and stairs to the water, boat slip, pool & hot tub areas.
- Quiet hours: 11 pm-8 am
- Pets must be approved by host prior to guest's arrival.
- Only small house trained pets with current vaccinations under 25 lbs will be considered (no exceptions).
- If we agree to allow a pet, there will be a additional non refundable pet fee of $30 per my housekeeping team.
- We do not accept less than a two night booking for days associated with federal holidays. However, should there be a day or days open five calendar days prior to the beginning of a holiday, you are welcome to book a single night.
- One member of the guest's party must be at least 21 years old.
Strict: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
